These are the Terms of Use that apply to SiteofGod.com; SiteofGod.net; and SiteofGod.org (referred to as "Site of God") web sites (this "Sites"). By accessing, browsing through or using the Sites, and regardless of whether you purchase or use any of the products or services offered on the Sites, you acknowledge and agree as follows.
1. Purpose of Use.
The Sites will be used only for personal, family, and household use, not for any commercial purpose.

3. Intellectual Property.

You may not use any Intellectual Property for any purpose without the prior written permission of the owners applicable. All information and content, including any informational material; products, services, proprietary technology, processes, programs, or procedures ("Content") is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, display, publish, sell, license, or otherwise use any Content available on or through the Sites for commercial or public purposes.
4. No Warranties.
All Content, products and services on the Sites or obtained from a web site to which the site is linked (a "Linked Site") are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security or accuracy. Neither Site of God nor its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries are liable for any loss or damage caused by a visitor's reliance on: (1) any information or (2) any product or service obtained through the Sites or a Linked Site. Visitors are responsible for assessing the accuracy and completeness of any information obtained from the Sites or a Linked Site.
b. Neither Site of God nor its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries are responsible or liable for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the Content or in the products or services offered on the Sites or a Linked Site.
c. Neither Site of God nor its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries are liable in any way for any indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or indirect damages in connection with the use of the Sites or a Linked Site or with the delay or inability to use the Sites or a Linked Site, whether or not Site of God is made aware of the possibility of such damages. This limitation includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any viruses or Trojan horses that may affect a Visitor's equipment, failure of any electronic or telephonic equipment, communication or connection lines, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, or any force majeure. Site of God does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Sites or a Linked Site.
6. Privacy and Security.
Except as may otherwise be required by law. Site of God adheres to a privacy policy. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy and Security policy. You should be aware, however, that a Linked Site may contain privacy policies that differ from Site of God's policy. Neither Site of God, nor its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries are responsible for any such provisions and expressly disclaim any liability related to such provisions.
7. Linked Sites.
You acknowledge that the Sites features affiliates and partners and their products and enables visitors to click on links that transfer visitors to Linked Sites. Neither Site of God nor its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries are responsible or liable to you in connection with Linked Sites. WHEN YOU ACCESS LINKED SITES AND THEIR RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING PAGES ON THOSE SITES THAT HAVE SITE OF GOD'S LOOK AND FEEL, YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES THAT APPLY TO THE USE OF THOSE SITES OR SERVICES. Inclusion on the Sites of advertisements or links to Linked Sites does not imply any endorsement by Site of God of that material. You can check the URL in your browser's address field to determine if you have moved from the Sites to a Linked Site. If the URL does not begin with www.siteofGod.net; or www.siteofGod.org; or www.sightofGod.com, in lower or uppercase letters, you are no longer on the Sites.
8. Unauthorized Links.
Site of God prohibits unauthorized hypertext links to the Sites or the framing of any content available through the Sites. Site of God reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames.
9. Use of "Cookies".
SightofGod.com; SiteofGod.net; and SiteofGod.org does not currently store information on a visitor's computer in the form of a "cookie" or similar file but reserves the right to do so in the future.
10. Changes to Terms of Use.
Site of God reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Visitors to the Sites are deemed to be apprised of, and bound by any such changes.
11. Governing Law.
These Terms of Use will be interpreted under, and visitors to the Site(s) agree to submit to, the laws of the United States and the State of California.
12. Violations of Terms of Use.
Site of God reserves the right to seek all remedies available for violation of these Terms of Use, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Sites.
